Cancellation fees:

• Free cancellation 3 days ahead of your arrival (till 3pm)
• Full price cancellation when the cancellation is made later than 3 days ahead or you do not arrive – we use a payment card guarantee
• Non refundable cancellation conditions – full price of the accomodation will be charged
• New Year´s Eve (29/12 – 1/1 included) – non refundable price – the full price of accomodation will be charged from the credit card used for reservation. It is not possible to cancel or change this reservation.
• We have individual cancellation fees for groups of people (15 and more people)
• Cancellation conditions: full non refundable deposit. It is not possible to cancel or change this reservation
•  The reservation is guaranteed by: a payment card (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), by cash (CZK), or by an invoice
   If you make a cancellation that was made online, we will refund you 2% less of the price you paid due to bank fees.

 

Additional terms and conditions

• The prices displayed on the hotel website are indicative. The contract prices for guests are specified in vouchers and confirmation emails.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as fire, floods, etc.), the hotel reserves the right to change or cancel the agreed conditions of the stay.
• The customer may cancel the reservation at any time before arrival. The cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to info@hotelgrandrevnice.cz with an electronic receipt. The date and time of email submission determine whether the cancellation is free of charge. Group reservations may have individually agreed refund policies.
• No cancellation fees will be charged if the cancellation is due to the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a family member, serious illness, an order to report for military service, or a natural disaster. A written proof of the above must be provided within 3 days.
• These terms and conditions are an integral part of the accommodation reservation and the voucher. The city tax of 20 CZK per person per night is not included in the accommodation price. Children under 18 years old and students are exempt from the city tax.
• A payment card number and its validity are required to guarantee the reservation.
